We Have Delivered A Welding Cell For Aluminum Boat Welding To A Swedish Customer

The system is offline programmed using Verbotics excellent offline programming software and seam following is handled by FujiCam integrated with a Fanuc ARCMATE_100iD_10L. 

For positioning of robot and boat we of course use our own high quality positioners and gantry. 

The offline programming means that the welding program can be prepared in advance and by that minimize the down time in the cell when changing products. Due to the use of the FujiCam system, no touch up of the program is needed, just load the pre-programmed path and start welding.
